Villages of Westcreek Annual Meeting, Part 2
Ok, I was going to make Part 2 of my meeting posts fairly long - BUT, I took too long to post it, and too much has happened since then!
During the meeting, someone stood up and countered all the negative press and complaints about the neighborhood, and mentioned how much he liked the neighborhood and the folks that work to make everything work for us. I have to strongly agree - it seems people wait until these meetings to voice their aggravations.
The crew at the VWOA are there every day, and they manage one of the best neighborhoods in San Antonio. We love living here, and a large part of that is how well the neighborhood is managed! Sure there are problems, trash in some places, some graffitti - but compare our neighborhood to any other in SA. We’re doing great! And those problems don’t go unnoticed - but it IS the responsibility of the families to help take care of their neighborhood. Be a part of what’s going on! Come out and support the functions and events. Join the committees. OR, if you see a problem, call the office and let them know!
The crew at the office and the neighborhood volunteers have our full support and do a wonderful job in keeping Westcreek beautiful!
